What Faith is
Faith: Bible Chat & Study is a mobile Bible app for reading, listening and asking. You can read any chapter, save verses, follow guided reading plans, listen to the text read aloud, and ask questions about what you have just read and get an answer grounded in the passage itself.
It is built for the ordinary daily habit rather than for occasional study. That is why reading is never gated, why the daily verse and your saved verses are unlimited on every account, and why the streak and the reminder are tuned to the hour you actually read rather than to a fixed morning alarm.
What is free, and what Pro adds
Reading the Bible is free and always will be. So is the verse of the day, saving verses, and your entire chat history — a conversation is your own words, not something we produced, so it is never withheld or blurred behind a payment.
Faith Pro adds the things that cost us money to run or took work to build:
- Unlimited AI conversations, rather than a daily allowance
- Deep study — original Hebrew and Greek, cross-references and commentary
- Every reading plan, rather than the first one
- The Audio Bible in full, rather than a preview
- Offline reading
- Search across every conversation you have had
- Streak freeze, so one missed day does not undo a habit
- Every colour theme, and a matching launcher icon
- No ads
Free accounts see ads and get a daily allowance of AI questions. If you would rather not pay, most of the paid features can also be opened temporarily by watching a short video — that is a deliberate alternative, not a trick to make paying feel compulsory.
Giving
Three parts of Faith exist so that money is not the thing that decides who gets to use it. You can gift Pro to someone and send them a code. You can pay it forward, funding Pro for a reader who cannot afford it — that money goes to somebody else, never to your own account. And churches and small groups can buy seats in bulk with a shared join code and a reading plan the whole group follows together.
About the AI
When you ask a question, your message and the relevant passage are sent to Google's Gemini model, which writes the reply. Answers cite the verses they draw on so you can check them against the text.
It can be wrong. A language model produces plausible text, not authoritative teaching. Read the passages it cites, and treat what it says as a starting point for your own study rather than as a settled answer. It is not a substitute for a pastor, a teacher, or professional advice of any kind.
Who makes it
Faith is built and operated by Boltt Infraventures Limited, a small independent team. The app has a subscription for an unglamorous reason: hosting, the AI and the audio cost money every month, and they are paid for by the people who read it rather than by an investor waiting for a return.
Boltt Infraventures Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 16819964. Registered office: Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB.
