These terms govern your use of Faith: Bible Chat & Study (the “app”), operated by Boltt Infraventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16819964, with its registered office at Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB (“we”, “us”). By downloading, opening or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and they accept these terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at faith@doodl.co if you believe it has been used without your permission.
3. What the app provides
Reading scripture, saved verses, the verse of the day and your own chat history are available on every account. Faith Pro adds unlimited AI conversations, deep study, all reading plans, the full Audio Bible, offline reading, chat search, streak freeze, all colour themes, and removal of ads.
Free-tier limits — how many questions a day, how long the audio preview runs, how many reading plans and themes are open — are set by us and may change from time to time. We may also add, change or withdraw features. We will not reduce what an active paid subscription includes during a period you have already paid for.
4. AI-generated content
Answers in the app are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. They are provided for study and reflection only. They are not theological, pastoral, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional or for your own reading of the text.
Answers cite the passages they draw on. Check them. You are responsible for any decision you make on the basis of anything the app produces.
If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. This app is not equipped to help with that.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing or hateful
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, usage limits, entitlements or ad requirements, or to manipulate rewarded video rewards
- Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or our servers, or access them by any means other than the app itself
- Scrape, resell or redistribute content or AI output at scale
- Submit content that infringes anyone's rights
- Share, resell or publish gift codes or group invite codes you were not given
6. Subscriptions and billing
Faith Pro is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device. Key points:
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings at any time
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region
We may change subscription prices. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and you will be told before a renewal at a new price.

7. Gifts, pay-it-forward and group licences
Gifts. Buying a gift gives you a code to pass on. It grants Pro to the person who redeems it, not to you. Unredeemed codes may carry an expiry date, shown when the code is issued.
Pay it forward. A contribution funds Pro for a reader who cannot afford it. It is a purchase of access for somebody else and grants you nothing on your own account. We allocate the pool at our discretion to people who have applied for a funded subscription.
Group licences. A group licence buys a fixed number of seats for a fixed term. The owner is responsible for who they share the invite code with. Seats consumed cannot be reclaimed mid-term simply because a member left.
8. Ads and rewarded video
Free accounts see advertising. Rewarded videos are always optional: you are told what the reward is before it plays, and declining leaves you exactly where you were. Temporary unlocks earned this way are stored on your device, are a courtesy rather than an entitlement, and are lost if you reinstall.
9. Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, its written content and its software are owned by Boltt Infraventures Limited and protected by copyright. Scripture texts and audio recordings are used under the terms of their respective sources.
Your conversations remain yours. You grant us only the permission necessary to store them, show them back to you, and pass them to our AI provider in order to answer you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, in particular sections 5 and 7. Where an active paid subscription is terminated by us for a reason other than your breach, we will arrange a pro-rata refund.
11. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boltt Infraventures Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we will notify you in the app when a change is material. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
